Conceived as a mixed-use, lifestyle development, Tigné Point is currently best known for its luxurious apartments. This is complemented by ‘The Point’ shopping mall, Malta’s largest retail centre, and the car-free Pjazza Tigné – the heart of this mixed-use project and the largest square in the fashionable Sliema district.
Pembroke Gardens is a 2.6million project partly financed by European Regional Development Funds that were being administered by the Malta Tourism Authority. The garden includes a water stream running through the site, piazzas, play areas and landscaping set on about 7,000sqm of land. Road works and the formation of car parks were carried out on a further 6,000sqm of land.
