Client Support Officer

The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by managing all after-sales activities, addressing customer concerns effectively, coordinating service and support, and building long-term customer relationships to enhance company reputation and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and warranty claims efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the service, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, and solutions provided.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare after-sales reports for management analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.
  • Educate customers about product usage, maintenance, and service schedules.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement in after-sales processes and recommend solutions.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and extended warranties where applicable.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge in Maltese is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at head Office in Mosta.

Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist with cost estimation, project analysis, and procurement support.  

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Collaborate with senior surveyors on accurate project cost estimates.
  • Tendering: Assist in tender document preparation and submissions.
  • Project Analysis: Analyze project specs and contracts for cost-saving opportunities and risks.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.
  • Quantity Takeoffs: Prepare detailed quantity measurements.
  • Contract Administration: Manage project contracts, including payment applications and change orders.
  • Documentation: Maintain records and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum qualification level of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant surveying software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Truck Driver

The Role: responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive various types of trucks, including but not limited to tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and box trucks.
  • Transport goods and materials over short and long distances, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or issues promptly.
  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Follow established routes and schedules while adjusting for traffic and weather conditions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Keep the truck clean and in good condition, both inside and out.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a professional truck driver.
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (C) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Delivery Person

Skilled Labourers

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Labourers to join our team specializing in marble and tile installations. The ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in this field, demonstrating precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, cut, and polish marble and tile surfaces with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and marking areas to ensure proper alignment and fit of tiles.
  • Use hand and power tools, such as tile cutters, saws, and polishing machines, safely and effectively.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grouts, and sealants to secure tiles and marble pieces.
  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to achieve precise installations.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on existing marble and tile surfaces as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • School leaving certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer in the marble and tiles industry or manual labour.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools used in marble and tile work.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
